Different Yet Related Discipline, management, behavior, and misbehavior are concerns that every educator will encounter once the educator require his or her first classroom. As these terms are relatively interrelated, describing them separately in a word picture will be challenging. Envision a math classroom, two weeks after the school year begun. Within this time, the classroom rules, and expectations of students are well established; every student has received an agenda as well as a syllabus, detailing daily take home and in-class assignments that need to be completed for the semester. Students know that he or she is supposed to come into the class and get him or her notebooks, which were turned in from the previous day, and continue their next assignment when entering into the classroom. This process is part of the classroom management; students know the task at hand when he or she enters the classroom. The students who begin to do their assignment as expected are illustrating good behavior. As a result, based on the rules of the classroom and expectation of the student, which was introduced on the first day of class, disciplinary action should be taken against those students who exhibited this type of misbehavior. Although these four terms are extraneous by far, they are related, and do share similarities and differences. Classroom discipline and management are two different concepts. Classroom discipline pertains to teacherââ¬â¢s management of studentââ¬â¢s behavior, whereas classroom management involves the operation and procedures to make the classroom function efficiently. Behavior management is a set of collaborations employed to assist teachers to encourage the studentsââ¬â¢ conduct and teach him or her to behave positive. Oliver, Wehby, Reschly, and Society for Research on Educational Effectiveness (2011) define classroom discipline as prevention and reduction of inappropriate behavior. They go on to say that it is also a collection of classroom guidelines put into operation by teachers with every student for supporting voluntary behavior intended to benefit others. According to Kratochwill (2012) states for nearly 40 years, classroom management, often called classroom discipline, has been a noteworthy concern for teachers. Although Kratochwill tried to lump classroom management and discipline together in an unlikely manner, they are similar in planning. Behavior and misbehavior are dissimilar notions. Behavior refers to the totality of what people do (Charles, 2008), which is positive, whereas misbehavior is an unsuitable act of behavior, which is negative. For example, when a student is following the classroom policies and procedures, come to class and do what is expected of he or she, the student is exhibiting favorable behavior. In education, educators are concerned only with the behavior that interferes with academic and interpersonal learning. Teacher must have guidelines in place to deal with this misbehavior so that this action does not interfere with learning. According to Charles (2008) misbehavior in education occurs when teachers or students actions disrupt teaching and interfere with learning, and demean others. Aves (2010) suggest discipline management require regulating behavior and misbehavior to accomplish and maintain a relaxed environment. Understanding the similarities between behavior and misbehavior helps enable successful discipline. Classroom management, discipline management, behavior, and misbehavior are four terms that every teacher will hear simultaneously. The above-mentioned terms relate to each other in an extrinsic way. These terms cannot function without the others. Canter (2006) states teachers who master adequately, efficient, and effective skills of controlling his or her classroom can raise the achievement of his or her students by 20 percentile points. He goes on to explain that the key to raising student achievement is the teacherââ¬â¢s ability to manage effectively student behavior (as cited in Wright, Horn, Sanders, 1997; Wang, Haertel, Walberg, 1993). These concepts cannot exist without the other in education. Effective classroom management determines the behavior of the students. Not all students will behave appropriately. Misbehavior has consequences, and teacher will need to implement his or her disciplinary action that was established at the beginning of the school year.

Female gods were portrayed as necessary to the world in the extent these females were to provide companionship to male gods and of course, for purposes of reproduction to bring forth offspring. Other than these requirements, there is a clear line of misogyny thinking throughout the whole poem. Women and girls were shown to be causing all the troubles of the male gods by their machinations, intrigues, and manipulations. Self Evaluation of Geography Education In Geography I learned a lot about other parts of the world and how they are different from the place that we live in now. One of the best things I learned in Geography was about Mexico, not only because my family is from there but also because I like to learned about where I came from. Some of the things I learned was that as a Mexican we like to protect our selfs from the outside world. Most Mexicans homes have a wall like structure around there home to keep bad people out, since Mexico is known to be very dangerous. Unlike Mexico the US homes like to show their house as a sign of success or to show off their richness to other people. Taking Geography also helped me a lot with my writing and annotating, since mostly all we do is read and write essays. It helped me understand stories a lot more since now I know to look up a word that I dont understand or to underline key words that can help me better understand the story later on. Annotating is not only helpful but It can also make work a lot easier once it comes to writing a paper, because writing an essay on an article that u cant even understand is never easy. I learned a lot about other countries and how their lives are different than ours. I learned about Mexico, Argentina, El Salvador, and China. One article that I also thought was really interesting was about Argentina. Its very fascinating to me how Argentina has some of the greatest and best resources in the world and yet they are still a failing country. The problem was that people were not getting payed enough and had low wages which then led to millions of people quitting their job which then caused businesses to fail since they had no one who can work for them. Self-Evaluations have helped me a lot also, not only to keep track but it also helped me understand things I didnt know too well. If I didnt understand something I would write it on the back of the self-evaluation where later on I can better understand what it meant. Also I feel like the Class discussions were very helpful, since sometimes I wouldnt understand some things that we were reading. Overall the self-evaluation was very helpful to keep on track and to make sure we have everything we need to get a good grade. I feel like World Geography has also helped people be more confident. I have seen people talking to each other who dont normally talk or Ive seen the shy people get a lot more confident and become part of our class discussions. I feel like the communication has gotten a lot better throughout the class. This class has also brought us a lot closer to each other since we usually need other peoples help to get through the class. Geography also helped me with understanding articles better since it showed me that I always need to go back and reread the article to get a better understanding of it and even to understand some words that may be confusing. Also something I learned is that many counties until this day prefer river transportation than car transportation just because you could save a lot of money on gas but also because it is a lot better for the environment and can be even faster since there are no stops. Many countries struggle with this problem because sometimes they dont have access to a river or ocean, or even sometimes the rivers are not deep enough for ships to travel through them. When a country has no access to river or ocean it is a lot more expensive for them to transport good and make any profit out of it, many countries fail because of this problem. In conclusion I feel like world geography had helped me a lot in many ways. It helped me understand articles better by annotating them but it has also taught me a lot about of countries and the problems that they are facing until this day. Also I feel like this class has brought together a lot of people and also made people a lot more confident with their work since people who didnt talk at the beginning of the year are now talking a lot more.

Project risk management is aimed a avoiding bad surprises once we start executing the project plan. During the creation of the project plan, we identify risk, analyses them and plan our action to avoid the risk, transfer it or implement a contingency plan if the risk occurs. After we have planned our risk management process for the project, we begin by identifying the risks that the project faces. It's important to remember that these risks can be adverse to the project in the sense of causing it to finish late or cost more.Risk can also be positive or favorable in that is may let us deliver what's expected for less cost and finish early. We do the risk identification process with the project manager, project sponsor, stakeholders and team members. Risk quantification is the process of evaluating the risks that have been identified and developing the data that will be needed for making decisions The objective of quantification is to establish a way of arranging the risks in the order of importance. In most projects there will not be enough time or money to take action against every risk that is identified.Risk response development involves defining enhancement steps for opportunities and responses to threats. These generally fall into three categories â⬠¢ Avoidance ââ¬â eliminating a specific threat, usually by eliminating the cause â⬠¢ Mitigation ââ¬â reducing the expected monetary value of a risk event by reducing the probability of occurrence, reduce the risk event value, or both. â⬠¢ Acceptance ââ¬â accepting the consequences. Risk response control is the process by which risks are kept in the forefront of management discussions and thus, reviewed on a cyclic basis.Items that the risk register will hold in order to monitor and drive this process will include: â⬠¢ Outstanding action; â⬠¢ Action owner; â⬠¢ Action issue date; â⬠¢ Action status; â⬠¢ Action response; and â⬠¢ Action close-out date. The Risk Control Group will monitor the progress of the implementation of the agreed risk control measures. This will ensure that all risk control measures are incorporated efficiently and that any variations in the measure or any changes to the risk profile are identified and appropriate action is taken. The Risk Register will be a dynamic, growing document and will be updated, amended and revised on a regular basis.
